Most sheet materials are within 2 meters in width, while the length can be up to 6 meters, in such cases printing on a hybrid printer is the only way to apply the image. The production of decorative panels on composite aluminum, printing large panes of glass for skylines or office partitions, printing on polycarbonate sheets longer than 4 meters, and many other tasks are only possible with a hybrid printer.

At the same time, the printer does an excellent job of printing from roll to roll. The printer is equipped with systems for feeding and rewinding rolled materials, the feed is carried out by a conveyor with a vacuum table. Optionally, a heavy pressure roller can be installed to fix uneven media.

ROLL TO ROLL PRINTING

Printers are easily reconfigured to the required number and type of heads. From one to 18 RICOH GEN5, GEN5s, GEN6 or Konica Minolta 1024i printheads can be installed depending on quality and print speed requirements. You can increase the performance of your printer by increasing the number of printheads at any time after it has been started.

RICOH GEN5 OR KM1024 PRINTHEADS

Provides polymerization of ink during the printing process. It features a low level of heat generation, thus expanding the range of printed materials. LED-UV system is the most environmentally friendly, has a long service life, and reduces energy costs. Adjustable luminous flux power from 8 to 16 W/cm2.

AIR-COOLED UV LAMP SYSTEM

The conveyor belt has three vacuum hold-down control zones. Each zone can be individually activated according to the size of the material to be printed on.

THREE-ZONE VACUUM TABLE

The carriage size allows you to install printheads in one, two or three rows. This makes it possible to print in multiple layers for unique effects and relief.

The use of varnish gives the product a glossy look, three-dimensionality.

A special primer for printheads is a guarantee of high-quality results and an increase in overall productivity. The primer is applied only under the image, its consumption is optimized and no further processing is required.

Printing speed can over 50 sqm per hour.
